The bill (Reg. No. 1208-1) introduces norms, under which finalizing of documentation on land plots arrangement and registration in the State Land Cadastre should be carried out by bodies at the place of land plots location.
The bill suggests exclude from the Land Code the provision allowing central body of executive power that implements state policy in the sphere of land relations, to participate in delimitation of land plots that are in state and municipal ownership.
It is suggested exclude from the Land Code provisions determining authorities of the central body of executive power that implements state policy in the sphere of land relations form administration of Sate Land Cadastre.
The document supplements article 20 of the Law “On Local State Administrations”.
